Hoi Lai Shopping Centre

Hoi Lai Shopping Centre, located at the junction of Sham Mong Road and Hoi Lai Street, Sham Shui Po, forms part of the newly built Hoi Lai Estate in the West Kowloon Reclamation Area. The Shopping Centre is at the southeast of Mei Foo Sun Chuen. Right next to it are several new private residential projects.

Completed in 2005, Hoi Lai Shopping Centre has become a shopping place for residents of Hoi Lai Estate and the nearby private housing courts.

Provided with central air-conditioning, Hoi Lai Shopping Centre offers a total internal retail area of about 3,800 square metres on the first and ground floors. The shops are of different variety including trades and services like the Chinese restaurants, fast food and specialty restaurant, superstores, convenience stores, ATMs, laundromats, bakeries, hairdressers and beauty salons, and medical and dental clinics, etc.

The Shopping Centre is easily accessible. It is close to MTR station with a walking distance of around 15 minutes from the Nam Cheong Station and around 20 minutes from Lai Chi Kok Station. There is a public transport interchange housing a bus terminus, a taxi stand and a mini-bus stop on the ground floor of the Shopping Centre, together with the ample car parking space on the second floor, provide convenience for shoppers and visitors. A comprehensive covered-walkway system link up the Shopping Centre with the neighbouring residential buildings and brings in additional pedestrian flow to this new Shopping Centre.
