The Housing Authority (HA) Hotline 2712 2712 provides a round-the-clock enquiry service on general housing policies, applications for public housing and subsidised home ownership schemes through an interactive voice response system. Personal answering service by Customer Service Officers is available from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm everyday.
