Hong Kong Housing Authority and Housing Department

The Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) has been honoured again with the status of Manpower Developer (MD) of the Government Department, Public Body and NGO Category for another two years ending 31 March 2020. This status, granted by the Employee Retraining Board (ERB), recognises our achievements in providing training and development programmes to enhance staff competencies in support of business objectives and staff engagement.

The MD Award Scheme was launched in 2009 by ERB, an independent statutory body. It is held annually to commend organisations for their outstanding achievements in manpower training and development.

The HA first received the honour of MD for two years in April 2016. Having received this honour again, we express our gratitude to all HA staff for their active participation and support in our training and development activities.
