For effective implementation of the public rental housing (PRH) programme, we count on the cooperation of our tenants in observing their tenancy obligations.
Apart from exercising tenancy control, our estate offices and District Tenancy Management Offices (DTMO) also promote housing policies and conduct tenancy related investigations to avoid abuse of public housing resources. They also provide outreach services for tenants with special needs, including on-site application processing for elderly tenants and tenants with disabilities.
PRH tenants can approach either their respective estate office or the relevant DTMO for assistance in tenancy matters, or call the Housing Authority Hotline at 2712 2712.
