(1) Refers to public rental housing of the Housing Authority (HA)
(2) Refers to flats under the Home Ownership Scheme and Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme of the HA
(3) Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, about 7 600 public rental housing (PRH) flats originally scheduled for completion in end of 2022/23 was delayed by about one to two quarters and with completion deferred to 2023/24, resulting in an exceptionally low PRH production in 2022/23.
