In order to ensure the sustainability of the public rental housing estates retain after the Comprehensive Structural Investigation Programme assessment, we will continue to implement the Estate Improvement Programme to these estates in phases to upgrade the recreational facilities, renovate the building exteriors and common areas as well as enhance the landscaping and greening coverage.
