Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH), regularised in 2018, provides an additional avenue for Green Form applicants to achieve home ownership. Given the “one-for-one” arrangement under GSH, each GSH flat serves the dual functions of addressing the home ownership aspirations of Green Form applicants and the housing needs of PRH applicants.
