Families with Newborns Allocation Priority Scheme
PRH family applications with babies born on or after 25 October 2023 and aged one or below are eligible under the Families with Newborns Allocation Priority Scheme (i.e. the applicant must add the relevant newborn to his/her PRH application on or before the day when the eligible newborn turns one year old). Specifically, the following PRH applications will be credited one year of waiting time:
(a) new PRH family applications with babies born on or after 25 October 2023 and aged one or below; and
(b) existing PRH family applications with babies born on or after 25 October 2023 and aged one or below added in the application.
For a PRH application with more than one eligible newborn under the Families with Newborns Allocation Priority Scheme (e.g. twins), waiting time credit of only one year will be given.
Applicants joining the Harmonious Families Priority Scheme and simultaneously eligible for the Families with Newborns Allocation Priority Scheme will only be given a credit waiting time of one year in total.
