The Housing Authority’s Public Housing Production Forecast
Note 1: | Figures are based on the forecast as at March 2023 which are rounded to the nearest hundred and thus may not add up to the total due to rounding. Figures are subject to changes of the programme. |
Note 2: | The financial year starts on 1 April of a year and ends on 31 March of the following year. Therefore, when some projects encounter slight delays in completion (especially those with target completion dates in March), the completion dates will be brought forward to the next financial year. |
Note 3: | Figures refer to the estimated number of new units to be completed by the Housing Authority in each financial year. In addition to new units, units recovered from existing estates are also a major source of units for allocation to PRH applicants. |
