Making Precious Memories - Life in Public Housing: Short Video Contest
The “Making Precious Memories - Life in Public Housing” Short Video Contest offered public housing residents the opportunity to share their fond memories and harmonious relationships with those living in public housing through videos. The contest is classified into two categories, namely “Open” and “Secondary School”. Judging panel selected the winners based on content, creativity, impact and audio-visual effects of the entrants.
