Queens Hill Shopping Centre
Queens Hill Shopping Centre, located in Queens Hill Estate on Lung Ma Road in Fanling, is a commercial development project under the Queen’s Hill Public Housing Development and it is completed.
Consisting of 48 shops and a single operator market, the Queens Hill Shopping Centre provides a total lettable area of about 7 400 square metres. Commercial premises of various sizes in the shopping centre are suitable for different trades, such as Chinese restaurant, fast food shop, café, superstore, convenience store, clinic, education and cultural centre as well as other retail and service trades.
In addition to the shopping centre, Queens Hill Estate includes seven domestic blocks which provides 8 865 public rental housing units and the estate can accommodate a population of some 24 000.
A public transport terminus, green minibus stand and taxi stand are in close proximity to the Queens Hill Shopping Centre while hourly parking spaces for residents and shoppers are available in the estate. Furthermore, a footbridge linking the public transport terminus, the Queens Hill Community Complex and the podium on the second floor of the shopping centre is provided for convenience of pedestrians.
Kai Chuen Shopping Centre
Kai Chuen Shopping Centre, located at the Diamond Hill Comprehensive Development Area in Wong Tai Sin District, is a commercial project under the development programme of Kai Chuen Court. The whole project of Kai Chuen Court comprises a public rental housing (PRH) project in Phase 1 and Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) in Phase 2. Two domestic blocks of about 1 000 PRH units in Phase 1 is completed. Three domestic blocks of about 2 100 GSH units in Phase 2 is scheduled for completion in 2023. Upon final completion, the whole project is expected to accommodate a population of about 8 500.
Kai Chuen Shopping Centre provides with numerous shops and a Single Operator Market (SOM), which are suitable for the operation of different trades such as Chinese restaurant, fast food shop, café, supermarket, convenience store, medical clinic and other retail trades. The part at Kai Chuen Shopping Centre under Phase 1 provides 27 shops and a SOM with a total lettable area of about 4 200 square meters.
The portion at Kai Chuen Shopping Centre under Phase 2 is also scheduled for completion in 2023 with a total lettable area of about 4 200 square meters.
Wo Tin Shopping Centre
The Wo Tin Shopping Centre, located in Wo Tin Estate on Hing Kwai Street in Tuen Mun, is a commercial development project under the Tuen Mun Area 54 Public Housing Development. The Shopping Centre has been completed and is now in operation.
In the Shopping Centre, there are 18 shop premises of various sizes with a total lettable area of about 2 200 square metres. These shop premises are suitable for different businesses such as fast food shops, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, Chinese medicine clinics, bakeries and other retail or service trades.
Apart from the Shopping Centre, Wo Tin Estate also includes four domestic blocks and other ancillary facilities like a car park, a kindergarten, etc. Providing 4 232 public rental housing flats, the Estate can accommodate a population of around 11 000.
There is a public transport terminus near the Wo Tin Shopping Centre while hourly parking spaces for both residents and shoppers are also available in the Estate.
Ching Tin Shopping Centre
The Ching Tin Shopping Centre, located in Ching Tin Estate on Yan Po Road in Tuen Mun, is a commercial development project under the Tuen Mun Area 54 Public Housing Development. The Shopping Centre has been completed and is now in operation.
In the Shopping Centre, there are 18 shop premises of various sizes with a total lettable area of about 2 400 square metres. These shop premises are suitable for different businesses such as fast food shops, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, clinics and other retail or service trades.
Apart from the Shopping Centre, Ching Tin Estate also includes five domestic blocks and other ancillary facilities like a car park, a kindergarten, etc. Providing 5 183 public rental housing flats, the Estate can accommodate a population of around 13 000.
Furthermore, the Ching Tin Shopping Centre is located near the Yan Po Road Public Transport Interchange that serves a number of bus routes while hourly parking spaces for both residents and shoppers are also available in the Estate.
Yu Nga Shopping Centre
Yu Nga Shopping Centre, located near Yu Nga Court on Yi Tung Road in Tung Chung, is a commercial development project under the Tung Chung New Town Extension. It was completed and is now providing services.
It consists of 10 shops that offer a total lettable area of about 863 square metres. The commercial premises of various sizes in the shopping centre are suitable for different trades, such as fast food shop, café, bakery, convenience store, hairdresser and beauty salon as well as other retail and services.
Apart from the shopping centre, Yu Nga Court includes 6 domestic blocks and other ancillary facilities such as carpark and kindergarten. It provides 3 300 home ownership scheme units and accommodates a population of around 10 164.
In addition, Yu Nga Shopping Centre is conveniently located near the Yu Nga Court bus stop which has various bus routes while hourly private car and motorcycle parking spaces are available in the court for both residents and shoppers.
