Yan On Shopping Centre (Phase 2)
Yan On Shopping Centre (Phase 2) is at Yan On Estate facing Hang Chi Street and Hang Tai Road. The 5-storey building will provide Parking Spaces at G/F. Total 22 shops at G/F, 1/F and 2/F with lettable area of about 2 900 square meters are available. Besides, there are Welfare and Community Facilities at 1/F to 5/F of the block. A footbridge link to adjacent Kam Chun Court will be provided at 2/F.
Fu Tip Shopping Centre
Fu Tip Shopping Centre, located in the Fu Tip Estate (Phase 2) in Tai Po.
Fu Tip Shopping Centre provides 31 shops with a total lettable area of about 3 300 square meters. The shops are located on the ground floor and lower ground floor of Chun Tip House, Fan Tip House and Gaap Tip House which are suitable for the operation of different trades such as Chinese restaurant, fast food shop, café, supermarket, convenience store, clinic, dry and wet goods as well as other retail and service trades.
Footbridge and lift tower are provided in Fu Tip Estate (Phase 2) to connect Phase 1 and Phase 2. Furthermore, a public transport terminus and taxi stand are in close proximity to the shopping centre while hourly parking spaces for residents and shoppers are available in the estate.

On Sau Shopping Centre
On Sau Shopping Centre is located at Sai Kung. It is a commercial development project under On Sau Court Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) development programme.
Apart from the shopping centre, On Sau Court includes 2 domestic blocks and carpark facilities. The Court will provide 1 906 HOS units and is expected to accommodate a population of about 5 300 persons upon completion.
On Sau Shopping Centre will provide 10 shops with a total lettable area of about 640 square meters. The shops in the Shopping Centre will be offered in various sizes, are suitable for different trades, such as fast food shop, restaurant, convenience store, clinic as well as other retail and service trades.
On Ying Shopping Centre
On Ying Shopping Centre is located at On Hei Street. It is a commercial development project under On Ying Court Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) development programme. Apart from the Shopping Centre, On Ying Court includes 2 domestic blocks and carpark facilities. The Court will provide 1 140 HOS units and is expected to accommodate a population of about 3 190 persons upon completion.

Cheung Tung @ Chill Walk
Cheung Tung @ Chill Walk – Located in Cheung Tung Estate, Tung Chung Area 99, Lantau Island, is the first retail facility within Chill Walk. Wang Chi Shopping Centre is located on Wang Chiu Road in Kowloon Bay as part of the Wang Chi Court Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme development project. It comprises 14 shops with a total lettable area of approximately 1,800 square meters. The shopping centre features shops of various sizes, suitable for a range of businesses such as fast food shops, cafés, convenience stores, clinics, and other retail and service trades.
