Hong Kong Housing Authority and Housing Department

The Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) has been honoured at the 1^st HKIH Elite Awards 2020 organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Housing. The presentation ceremony was held on 4 November. Awardees coming from the Housing Manager Grade of the Housing Department (HD) proudly received four awards in three categories, namely the Outstanding Manager, the Outstanding Officer and the Outstanding Team.

The HD’s dedicated efforts in property management of public housing were widely recognised. The HD has been contributing to developing a pleasant living environment and harmonious community, thereby setting a role model in the field of property management. Amid the challenges arising from the COVID pandemic, the HD staff continues to contribute their professional knowledge to the field and realise the HA’s core value of 4C’s in providing high quality property management services.
