“The Housing Authority: 50 Years of Building Homes” Video Launched

This year marks the 50^th anniversary of the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA). To commemorate the milestone, we collaborated with Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) to produce a short video entitled “The Housing Authority: 50 Years of Building Homes”, which also unveiled a series of celebratory activities.

Through a day’s life of a four-member family living in an HA’s public housing estate, the video showcases HA’s efforts to provide stable homes for the grassroots. It also exhibits HA’s initiatives in application of innovative technologies to enhance its building efficiency and quality. In the last part of the video, the HA Chairman Ms Winnie Ho Wing-yin and colleagues from different disciplines express their continuous commitment and vision of building homes for the people in need.
