Hong Kong Housing Authority and Housing Department

The Permanent Secretary for Housing, Miss Rosanna Law, was invited to officiate and give a speech at the Opening Ceremony the Construction Month 2023 held on 11 November.  Organised by the Construction Industry Council (CIC), the event aims to promote and practise low carbon living campaign, with its theme of "Build Green, Live Green". 

The event is comprised of various construction-related activities, offering a platform to unite the industry and the members of the public to explore and take part in the "Carbon Neutrality" journey, moving forward together to attain the goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.
