The Honourable Judy CHAN Kapui, MH, JP

Ms Judy CHAN Kapui is currently a Member of the Legislative Council (Election Committee), and serves as a member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and its Commercial Properties Committee and Subsidised Housing Committee. She is also a member of the Fisheries Development Loan Fund Advisory Committee, the Tuen Mun Hospital Governing Committee and the Committee on Review of Residential Child Care and Related Services.

Ms Chan graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Master’s degree in International and Public Affairs.
