The Honourable Carmen KAN Wai-mun
Ms Carmen KAN Wai-mun is currently a Member of the Legislative Council (LegCo) (Election Committee) and serves as the Deputy Chairman of the LegCo Panel on Security. She is a General Counsel of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. Ms Kan is also a member of the Personal Data (Privacy) Advisory Committee and the Operations Review Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, as well as a member of the Steering Committee on Rule of Law Education and the Chairperson of its Working Group on Coordination and Liaison.
