The Honourable Carmen KAN Wai-mun, JP

Ms Carmen KAN Wai-mun is currently a Member of the Legislative Council (LegCo) (Election Committee) and serves as the Chairman of the LegCo Panel on Administration of Justice and Legal Services. In addition, she is the General Counsel of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. Ms Kan is a member of the Steering Committee on Rule of Law Education, the Operations Review Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption and the Independent Police Complaints Council. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and its Finance Committee and Subsidised Housing Committee.
