Mr Jonathan LEE Man-kwong
Mr Jonathan LEE Man-kwong has over 30 years of leadership experience in engineering, facility management and green building. He works for a prominent property developer, overseeing housing and facility operations, sustainability and engineering across more than 200 properties, comprising office towers, residential estates, luxury villas and industrial buildings.
Mr Lee has obtained three master’s degrees with distinctive performance in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, and Construction and Real Estate. He holds Fellow status in multiple professional bodies, including the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Building Services Operation and Maintenance Executives Society (BSOMES), the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (HKIFM), the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC), and BEAM Society Limited (BSL).
Actively contributing to public and professional life, Mr Lee serves on government, academic and advisory committees. He is currently a member of the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, the Chairman of the Lift and Escalator Safety Advisory Committee, and a member of Board Committees under the Hospital Authority, in support of engineering advancement in design, operation, regulation and technology.
