The Honourable LEUNG Man-Kwong, MH
Mr LEUNG Man-kwong is currently a Member of the Legislative Council (Kowloon West), and serves as a member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and its Subsidised Housing Committee. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Public Housing Estates and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Kowloon Federation of Associations.
