Mr Philip LO Kai-wah
Mr Philip LO Kai-wah is a quantity surveyor by profession. He is the Former Chairman of Rider Levett Bucknall (“RLB”) in China and Hong Kong and also the RLB Global Board.
Mr Lo is currently a Steward of the Board of Stewards of The Hong Kong Jockey Club, a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Society and the Chairman of its Human Resources Committee. He also serves as a Co-opted Member of the Development Committee of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority.
Mr Lo is an Adjunct Professor of the Department of Real Estate and Construction of The University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the university’s Campus Development and Planning Committee and sits on some of its task forces and working groups.
