Mr Michael LUK Chung-hung is a registered social worker. He previously served as a Legislative Council Member for the Labour constituency and later for the Election Committee constituency, and held multiple terms as a member of the Yuen Long District Council.
With extensive experience in public service, Mr Luk has a long-standing commitment to issues like employees’ rights, housing access for grassroots, youth development, and smart city development and governance. He devotes efforts to addressing social inequalities and promoting sustainable urban development in Hong Kong.
