Mr Alan MAN Hoi-leung
Mr Alan MAN Hoi-leung is a registered professional civil engineer and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. Prior to his retirement in late 2017, Mr Man was the Managing Director of Black & Veatch Hong Kong Limited, a leading international engineering consultancy firm. He is currently a part-time lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering, The University of Hong Kong.
Mr Man was elected Chairman of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Hong Kong in 2012/13. He also served the Hong Kong Trade Development Council as a member of the Infrastructure Development Advisory Committee from 2013 to 2017.
