Professor Simon WONG Kit-lung, BBS, JP
Professor Simon WONG Kit-lung is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a Hong Kong-listed catering group. He has obtained multiple international professional engineering qualifications and a Master of Business Administration.
Professor Wong has long been committed to serving the community and the industry. He is the Chairman of the Employees Retraining Board, the Energy Advisory Committee and the Vice-Chairman of the Community Care Fund Task Force, actively promoting social responsibility and environmental sustainability. He also serves as the Chairman of the Catering Industry Training Advisory Committee and holds presidential roles in various associations.
Professor Wong was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in 2014 and awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star in 2021. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of the College of Business of City University of Hong Kong, and serves as the Council Member of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as a member of the Committee of Overseers of Lee Woo Sing College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
