Ching Tao Shopping Centre, locates at No.1 Ching Hiu Road in Fanling, is a commercial development project under a Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) development programme of Ching Tao Court.

Ching Tao Court consists one domestic block, shopping centre and a car park. The development project provides 776 GSH units and accommodates a population of about 2 100. The project has been completed in February 2025.

Ching Tao Shopping Centre provides 25 shops with a total lettable area of about 1 570 square meters. The various shops in the shopping centre are suitable for different trades, such as fast food shop, café, convenience stores, clinic, dry and wet goods as well as other retail and service trades.
