Ching Tin Shopping Centre
The Ching Tin Shopping Centre, located in Ching Tin Estate on Yan Po Road in Tuen Mun, is a commercial development project under the Tuen Mun Area 54 Public Housing Development. The Shopping Centre has been completed and is now in operation.
In the Shopping Centre, there are 18 shop premises of various sizes with a total lettable area of about 2 400 square metres. These shop premises are of different businesses such as fast food shops, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, clinics and other retail or service trades.
Apart from the Shopping Centre, Ching Tin Estate also includes five domestic blocks and other ancillary facilities like a car park, a kindergarten, etc. Providing 5 183 public rental housing flats, the Estate can accommodate a population of around 13 000.
Furthermore, the Ching Tin Shopping Centre is located near the Yan Po Road Public Transport Interchange that serves a number of bus routes while hourly parking spaces for both residents and shoppers are also available in the Estate.
