Kwai Shing West Shopping Centre is located at Kwai Luen Road of Kwai Shing West Estate in Kwai Chung. The 3-storey shopping centre has a total lettable area of about 4,500 square metres with 25 shops offering different trades including Chinese restaurant, supermarket, automatic teller machines, pharmacy, Café, convenience stores and other retail shops, etc. to cater the need of residents and shoppers.  Shopstalls selling wet and dry goods are provided in market at 1/F of the shopping centre.  Moreover, there are 24 shops with total lettable area about 1,000 square metres located at G/F of Block 1, Block 2 and Block 7 of Kwai Shing West Estate.

For the convenience of shoppers and residents, a public transport interchange is located at the ground floor of shopping centre. It is easily accessible by Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) and New Territories Green Minibus (GMB) which link up the neighbour housing estate , Kwai Hing and Kwai Fong MTR station as well as other parts of Kowloon. There are also hourly parking spaces for visitors.
