Kwai Shing West Shopping Centre is located at Kwai Luen Road in Kwai Chung. The 3-storey shopping centre has a total lettable area of about 4 500 square metres. Additionally, there is a combined lettable area about 1 000 square metres located at G/F of Block 1, Block 2 and Block 7 of Kwai Shing West Estate.  These commercial units feature a variety of retail and service trades, such as Chinese restaurant, supermarket, automatic teller machines, medicine store, Café, convenience stores and other retail shops, aiming to meet the needs of residents and shoppers.  Wet and dry goods shopstalls are available in the market at 1/F of the shopping centre. 

For the convenience of shoppers and residents, a public transport interchange is located at the ground floor of shopping centre. The shopping centre is easily accessible by public transport. Bus and mini-bus which link up the neighbour housing estates, Kwai Hing and Kwai Fong MTR stations as well as other parts of Kowloon. Hourly parking spaces are also provided for visitors.
