Shopping Centre
On Kay Commercial Centre is located in East Kowloon, close to the Ngau Tau Kok bus terminal and facing Ngau Tau Kok Market. It forms an integral part of the development of On Kay Court completed in 1984 under the Home Ownership Scheme. Upper and Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estates, Lok Wah Estate, Chun Wah Court and some other private housing estates are also in the vicinity.
The commercial centre is a two-storey air-conditioned complex. Following completion of improvement programme in 2016, the lettable area of the complex has been increased to about 4,500 square metres comprising 55 shop premises covering a wider range of trades. The complex is linked to the four domestic blocks standing on the podium atop it.
Apart from being served by bus routes terminating in the adjacent bus terminal, it is also within a few minutes' walk from the MTR Kowloon Bay Station. In addition, there are adequate parking spaces in the five-storey car park of On Kay Court.
