Shopping Centre
The Queens Hill Shopping Centre, located in Queens Hill Estate on Lung Ma Road in Fanling, is a commercial development project under the Queen’s Hill Public Housing Development.
In the Shopping Centre, there are 48 shop premises of various sizes and a single operator market, providing a total lettable area of about 7 400 square metres. These shop premises are suitable for different businesses such as Chinese restaurants, fast food shops, cafés/restaurants, a supermarket, convenience stores, clinics, education and cultural centres and other retail or service trades.
Apart from the Shopping Centre, Queens Hill Estate has seven domestic blocks. Providing a total of 8 865 public rental housing flats, the Estate can accommodate a population of 24 000.
There is a public transport terminus, a green minibus stand and a taxi stand near the Queens Hill Shopping Centre while hourly parking spaces for both residents and shoppers are also available in the Estate. Furthermore, a footbridge linking the public transport terminus, the Queens Hill Community Complex and the podium on the second floor of the Shopping Centre is provided to enhance pedestrian accessibility.
