Shek Kip Mei Shopping Centre

Shek Kip Mei Commercial Complex

Completed and opened in 1979, the Shek Kip Mei Shopping Centre is located in Shek Kip Mei Estate of Sham Shui Po. With a total retail area of about 9,100 square metres (m2), the Shopping Centre comprises different parts including a large market in Blocks 19 and 20, cooked food stalls on the podium and shops on ground floor of domestic blocks, involving a total of 461 commercial units. Chinese restaurants, eateries, various shops and stalls are available there.

The easily accessible Shek Kip Mei Shopping Centre is served by different modes of public transport such as public light buses, buses and the MTR, and well linked to other parts of the territory. There are also hourly car parking spaces available for residents and shoppers.

There are a total of nine shops on the ground level of Shek Kip Mei Estate Phase 2 (Mei Wui House, Mei Leong House and the Ancillary Facilities Block) and Phase 5 (Mei Shing House) with a total retail area of about 1,300 m2 , was completed in July 2012.

Another 16 shops are provided on ground floor and on podium of Mei Kwai House in Shek Kip Mei Estate Phase 3 while 4 shops are on ground floor of Mei Cheong House in Phase 7, with a total retail area of about 1,400 m2. These shops had business started successively from April 2019.

The retail facilities of Shek Kip Mei Estate Phase 6 are located on ground floor and first floor of Mei Hei House with a total retail area of about 1,900 m2 including 12 shops, 1 market shop and 11 market shopstalls. These shops had business started successively from January 2020.
