Wah Fu (II) Commercial Complex, situated inside Wah Fu (II) Estate at Pok Fu Lam, was built in 1978. It provides a lettable area of about 4 500 square metres. Operators now include fast food shops, a supermarket, 24-hour convenience stores, medical clinics and various retail shops. The shop stalls on the fifth floor sell wet and dry goods. Cultural and entertainment activities can be organized in the podium on the seventh floor.

The commercial complex also houses a three-storey car park with about 200 parking spaces for shoppers and local residents. Traveling to Wan Chai, North Point and the Southern District is very convenient as the centre is adjacent to the bus terminal and public light bus stands.
