Wo Tin Shopping Centre
The Wo Tin Shopping Centre, located in Wo Tin Estate on Hing Kwai Street in Tuen Mun, is a commercial development project under the Tuen Mun Area 54 Public Housing Development. The Shopping Centre has been completed and is now in operation.
In the Shopping Centre, there are 18 shop premises of various sizes with a total lettable area of about 2 200 square metres. These shop premises are of different businesses such as fast food shops, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, Chinese medicine clinics, bakeries and other retail or service trades.
Apart from the Shopping Centre, Wo Tin Estate also includes four domestic blocks and other ancillary facilities like a car park, a kindergarten, etc. Providing 4 232 public rental housing flats, the Estate can accommodate a population of around 11 000.
There is a public transport terminus near the Wo Tin Shopping Centre while hourly parking spaces for both residents and shoppers are also available in the Estate.
