HOS 2025 (Green Form) / GSH 2025 is applicable for the following applicants:

(a) Households of Public Rental Housing (PRH) units under the HA (All persons listed in the tenancy);

(b) Households of Group A Rental Estates or Elderly Persons Flats under the HKHS (All persons listed in the tenancy);

(ii) "GFC – Applicable to Sale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme Flats Only"; and

(iii) "GFC – Only applicable to PRH additional rent payer under "Well-off Tenants Policies" who voluntarily moves out from PRH unit" .

(d) Recipients of Rent Allowance for the Elderly Scheme administered by the HA.

HOS 2025 (White Form)/ WSM 2025 is applicable for the following applicants:

(a) Households living in private housing;

(b) Family members living in public housing or any subsidised housing scheme units (e.g. HOS);

(c) Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) flat owners and family members whose flats were purchased from the HA within 10 years; and

(d) Households living in Light Public Housing.

Details :

TPS flat owners and all their authorised family members under the HA's TPS for less than 10 years can apply for the purchase of a flat under HOS 2025 through the White Form / WSM 2025, with no restriction on income and net asset limits. Upon successful purchase of a HOS flat / signing the Provisional Agreement for Sale and Purchase (PASP) for the purchase of a flat in the HOS Secondary Market or Flat-for-Sale Scheme (FFSS) Secondary Market, they must sell their TPS flat(s).
