Ms Kelly CHAN Yuen-sau, JP
Ms Kelly CHAN Yuen-sau is the Managing Director of a business consulting company and an Independent Non-Executive Director of several listed companies. She is a certified public accountant and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Ms Chan is a former President of ACCA Hong Kong and the Association of Women Accountants (Hong Kong). She is also a founding Vice-Chairman of the Shenzhen Hong Kong Macau Women Directors Alliance. Ms Chan was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in 2020. She currently serves as the Chairman of the Employees’ Compensation Insurance Levies Management Board, a member of the Air Transport Licensing Authority, the Hong Kong Housing Authority and the Town Planning Board, as well as a Council Member of the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre.
