Ms Serena LAU Sze-wan, a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice), is the Managing Director of a real estate consultancy company. She is a member of the Advisory Committee on Chinese Medicine Development Fund. Apart from being a member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority, Ms Lau also serves as the Chairman of the Commercial Properties Committee and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. She is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of the Hong Kong Housing Society and the Legal Aid Services Council.
