JoysMark is situated at Mun Tung Estate in Tung Chung. The Shopping Centre provides 13 shops and a Single Operator Market with a total lettable area about 2,800 square metres. The shops are of different variety including retail and service trades, such as café, supermarket, convenience store, bakery, education and cultural centre, medical clinic and self service bank. Besides, shopstalls selling wet and dry goods are provided in the single operator market.

There is a bus terminus in the vicinity of JoysMark. Hourly parking spaces are also provided in the estate for the convenience of residents and shoppers.
