The Pak Tin Commercial Centre, located on Pak Wan Street of the Shum Shui Po District, is a commercial development project under the redevelopment of Pak Tin Estate.  The whole Commercial Centre comprises four portions available under Phases 7, 8, 10 and 11 of the redevelopment of Pak Tin Estate.

The portions of the Pak Tin Commercial Centre under Phases 7, 8 and 11 of the redevelopment of Pak Tin Estate were completed in 2021.  They offer a lettable area of about 4 900 square metres, accommodating 38 shops and part of the Single Operator Market.  For the portion under Phase 10 of the redevelopment, it is expected for completion in 2023 to provide a lettable area of about 2 400 square metres, including the remaining part of the Single Operator Market.

The Pak Tin Commercial Centre provides shop premises for various retail businesses and the service trade.  They include a Chinese restaurant, fast food shops, a supermarket, convenience stores, a personal store, education and cultural centres, hair salons, pharmacies, Chinese medicine clinics, medical clinics, a dental clinic, etc.  Furthermore, the completed part of the Single Operator Market, located on the Lower Ground Level 3 under Phases 7 and 8 of the redevelopment of Pak Tin Estate, provides a series of dry and wet products.

On the Lower Ground Level 4 under Phases 7 and 8 of the redevelopment of Pak Tin Estate is a public transport interchange where there are a bus terminus and a green minibus stand.  Hourly parking spaces are also available in the Estate.  With the provision of comprehensive transport facilities, residents and shoppers can access the Pak Tin Commercial Centre conveniently.
