Yue Tin Court Commercial Centre is situated inside Yue Tin Court, Sha Tin, near the private residential development City One on the eastern bank of Shing Mun River. The commercial centre was completed in 1983 with a lettable area of about 900 square metres and comprises 12 shops running supermarket, clinic, education centre and other retail businesses. Nearly all the shops are on the ground level and the podium of the domestic blocks.

Public transport such as MTR, buses and public light buses are serving a wide range of destinations from the commercial centre. There is a car park under the podium providing more than 300 parking spaces for residents and shoppers.
