The Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) provide a daily 24-hour personal answering service for the HA Hotline (2712 2712), the HA Sales & WSM Hotline (2712 8000) and the Complaint Hotline for Cleansing Workers and Security Guards (2712 0813). HA’s telephone enquiry service is equipped with a 24-hour interactive voice response system. The public can call the hotline round-the-clock to listen to pre-recorded information such as the application of public housing, the Home Ownership Scheme, estate management issues and the leasing of commercial properties, or contact a Customer Service Officer to make an instant enquiry. Voice mails left to Housing Authority Hotline will be replied as soon as possible.
